I, Kerstin Hack, am a Systemic Coach and Supervisor (German Systemic Society), Wingwave Coach and StoryBrand Consultant, among other qualifications.<\/p>\n

I offer coaching, supervision and consultations in line with the following conditions:<\/p>\n

  1. Confidentiality<\/strong> is respected.<\/li>\n
  2. Peer supervision<\/strong> respects the client's anonymity and personal data are changed for this purpose.<\/li>\n
  3. The duration of each session<\/strong>, unless otherwise agreed, is 55 minutes.<\/li>\n
  4. Cancellation<\/strong> of an appointment is possible by email or phone. In the case of cancellation within less than 4 calendar days before the appointment, a cancellation fee of 20% will be charged. If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the agreed appointment, the fee is to be paid in full.<\/li>\n
