And are sometimes at a loss: What exactly do I want? What do I want my life to look like?<\/p>\n<h2>Minimise big questions<\/h2>\n<p>It helps if you break down the big questions into something that you can think through and visualise.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For example:<\/strong> What does your perfect day look like?<\/p>\n<p>For me, the answer is quickly clear:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Some exercise in the morning - swimming in summer, jogging or trampolining in winter.<\/li>\n<li>A good drink and time for silence, prayer and reflection. Later, a power smoothie.<\/li>\n<li>To develop and create something new _ mostly by writing.<\/li>\n<li>Learning something - during my lunch break I often watch courses or read a book.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting people through coaching.<\/li>\n<li>Meeting people or reading.<\/li>\n<li>Experience something special every now and then: A concert, cinema, exhibition ...<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Finding your own way<\/h2>\n<p>When I look at my answers, I quickly realise that my life is pretty wonderful as it is. I have improved some things recently. Inspired by the book <a href=\"https:\/\/kerstinhack.de\/en\/books-book-tips-reviews\/review-pause-do-less-achieve-more-10-x-aha\/\">PAUSE (see my review)<\/a>\u00a0 I realised that I want to take better care of my body (food and a little rest). And that I really want to learn new things. I have planned both of these things into my day.<\/p>\n<p>What I realised when answering the question: I would like to meet up with friends more often. As I live a bit further away from the centre, it always involves a bit of effort. The eight elements of life that you need for a good life:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vision<\/li>\n<li>Structure<\/li>\n<li>Sense<\/li>\n<li>Highlights<\/li>\n<li>Energy<\/li>\n<li>Proximity<\/li>\n<li>Reflection<\/li>\n<li>Regeneration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It helps me to keep an eye on what I'm missing in life.
