Full speed ahead with annual planning - how does it work?<\/p>\n

To be honest, I think it's a waste of time just to ask what the future will bring. You only ever know afterwards.<\/p>\n

I don't find it helpful to let everything come to you or to be full of worries.<\/p>\n

The best way to predict the future is to shape it yourself. - Peter Drucker<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

I love this quote - because I love shaping the future. Active. Well thought out.<\/p>\n

My annual planning<\/h3>\n

I like to set myself goals and achieve them - at least most of the time. In 2017, I achieved 80% of my goals.<\/p>\n

Not all of them - life and my personality are too unpredictable for that. But far more goals than I would have achieved without planning.<\/p>\n

Research confirms this: Those who think through, write down and review their goals have a 60% better chance of actually achieving them than those who only think about them.<\/p>\n

Good planning involves not only focussing on the future, but also effectively evaluating the past. There are helpful tools for this.<\/p>\n

Your annual planning<\/h3>\n

I would therefore like to invite you to sit with me in my living room and think with me about your goals - virtually in a webinar.<\/p>\n

I'll explain how I do this with planning and help you gain clarity for your new year.<\/p>\n

You can ask me questions and I will answer them.<\/p>\n
