\"KerstinIt's now a year since I started working on the finished manuscript of Cast off<\/a> back to Berlin with my luggage. Before that, I had taken some time out to write - at a place that fortunately had a treadmill on which I could mount my laptop - so I was able to write a lot while walking briskly. It's more comfortable for me than sitting down.<\/p>\n

Thoughts flow as you walk. That suits the book about a houseboat on the river. And the crazy story<\/p>\n

Cast off - a book goes round in circles<\/h2>\n

When the book was published, I was quite surprised by the response. More than 20 contributions are in Newspapers, magazines, radio and television<\/a> published.<\/p>\n

I'm sorry to disappoint anyone who thinks that this has turned me into a bestselling author. People do read a lot, but most of their reading time is spent on social media and the internet. Which isn't a bad thing - you're reading my blog right now, which I think is great! Thank you for being here.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

However, the trend towards digital media means that books are selling less and less. For most people, a quick look at something on the internet is enough. \"CastThe strong press response has shown me that realising dreams seems to be a topic that moves many people.<\/p>\n

They are keen to find out how others have done it. They may be thinking about how they can realise their own dreams.<\/p>\n

What does that look like for you?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

I would like to support you in finding out (more) about your dreams and getting closer to realising them step by step.<\/p>\n

That's why there's a seminar on my boat from 15 to 17 March 2019 called Leinen los. Live your dream<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

The seminar provides you with three keys to dream realisation or idea implementation:<\/p>\n

    \nHow to get rid of fears, blockages and obstructive beliefs.<\/li>\n
  2. Become concrete in your dream<\/strong>
    \nHow to turn a vague idea into a concrete project or product.<\/li>\n

    \nHow you can communicate your dream to other people - e.g. through a website or crowdfunding.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Of course - as a passionate coach, I won't leave you stuck in theory, but will help you with lots of practical exercises to make your dream and its realisation clearer and clearer.<\/p>\n
