People are always asking me:<\/p>\n

How do you manage it all? And enjoy life at the same time.<\/p>\n

The answer is... ice cream.<\/p>\n

No, joking aside.<\/p>\n

I only wrote that because my second favourite ice cream was standing next to me. My favourite favourite ice cream is currently sold out.<\/p>\n

\"Coach<\/a>Where do I really get my energy from?<\/h3>\n

Part of my energy is certainly due to my robust genes, for which I am very grateful.<\/p>\n

But my recipe for vitality is my life according to SWING or 8+1. That's my open secret.<\/p>\n

For 20 years I have been paying attention to the eight scientifically proven central elements of life and a special extra element.<\/p>\n

I make sure that I incorporate them all into my life.<\/p>\n

The life elements are like vitamins and nutrients: If one thing is missing, strength is missing.<\/strong><\/p>\n

When everyone is relatively balanced, you have a lot of power.<\/strong><\/p>\n
