Sie leiden emotional unter der Dunkelheit, aber oft auch an Erk\u00e4ltungen und Viren. Als&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/kerstinhack.de\/coaching\/\">Coach&nbsp;<\/a>wei\u00df ich, dass es sch\u00e4dlich ist, wenn Menschen das Empfinden haben, selbst nichts tun zu k\u00f6nnen und ausgeliefert zu sein.&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es ist aber nicht so, dass wir dem Virus hilflos ausgeliefert sind:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Schutz durch Abstand:<\/strong>&nbsp;Mit AHA und Abstand versuchen wir zu verhindern, dass Viren an uns rankommen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Schutz durchs Immunsystem:&nbsp;<\/strong>ein starkes Immunsystem tr\u00e4gt dazu bei, das Virus effektiv zu bek\u00e4mpfen.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dar\u00fcber, <em><strong>wie<\/strong><\/em> man sein Immunsystem st\u00e4rken kann, wird oft nur wenig gesprochen. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hier sind meine 5 besten Tipps:<\/h3>\n\n\n<style>.kb-image14396_e790c6-03 .kb-image-has-overlay:after{opacity:0.3;}<\/style>\n<div class=\"wp-block-kadence-image kb-image14396_e790c6-03\"><figure class=\"alignleft size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/kerstinhack.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/white-printing-paper-near-black-computer-keyboard-688666-1024x613.jpg\" class=\"kb-advanced-image-link\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kerstinhack.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/white-printing-paper-near-black-computer-keyboard-688666-1024x613.jpg\" alt=\"White Printing Paper Near Black Computer Keyboard\" class=\"kb-img wp-image-27596\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Warm-Kalt: <\/strong>Der K\u00f6rper braucht den Kontrast zwischen warm und kalt, um ein starkes Immunsystem aufzubauen. Wechselduschen, Sauna, mal kaltes Wasser ins Gesicht&#8230; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Nahrung: <\/strong>M\u00f6glichst frisch, m\u00f6glichst bunt. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vitamine: <\/strong>Im Winter vor allem Vitamin D + K2 und Vitamin C + Zink. Wenn m\u00f6glich nat\u00fcrlich, aber da oft gerade am Ende des Winters die Speicher leer sind, auch mit Nahrungserg\u00e4nzungsmitteln.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bewegung:<\/strong> Jede Form von Bewegung st\u00e4rkt den K\u00f6rper. Es muss nicht gleich eine gro\u00dfe Sporteinheit sein. Schon eine Minute aufstehen, ein paar Kniebeugen usw. aktivieren dein Immunsystem.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Emotionen: <\/strong>Die vier st\u00e4rkenden Emotionen sch\u00fctzen auch dein Immunsystem. G\u00f6nne dir  m\u00f6glichst oft Situationen, die dir Dankbarkeit, Freude, Sicherheit oder gesunden Stolz schenken. Oder erinnere dich an solche Momente. Mehr dazu erf\u00e4hrst du in meinem Kurs \u00fcber<a href=\"https:\/\/down-to-earth.de\/shop\/onlinekurs-mich-besser-fuehlen-emotionen-verstehen-und-steuern-lernen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"> Emotionen<\/a>. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Ganz klar:<\/em> Keiner dieser Tipps&nbsp;<em>allein<\/em>&nbsp;wird in der Lage sein, dich 100% abwehrfest zu machen. Doch sie k\u00f6nnten dazu beitragen, dass du und deine Immunabwehr vielleicht 1-5% st\u00e4rker wird.
