I prefer to look for sustainable, good solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The best solution I know of during this corona period is to strengthen your own immune system. That way you can fight off pathogens as effectively as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But to be honest, most people know very little about the immune system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is a complex interplay of nutrition, vitamins, hormones, exercise, emotions, confidence and faith, learned immune defence and much more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are almost illiterate when it comes to the immune system and what we can do for it ourselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When you ask people what they know, they say: \"Immune system - you should take vitamin C.\" And that's usually it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I recommend the webinar I gave on the immune system:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/down-to-earth.de\/shop\/webinar-immunsystem-staerken-abwehr-staerke-widerstandskraft\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">https:\/\/down-to-earth.de\/shop\/webinar-immunsystem-staerken-abwehr-staerke-widerstandskraft\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the webinar, I will teach you in 90 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>the basics about the immune system<\/li><li>How to get your immune system in shape<\/li><li>You will also receive detailed documents that explain everything in writing.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The webinar will provide you with solid basic knowledge so that you can take the strengthening of your immune system into your own hands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nothing can give you a 1001TP3 guarantee. But a good immune system increases your chances of not falling ill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Summer is the best time to get your body in shape for winter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reduce body weight<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another important aspect of health is body weight. Neither too little nor too much is good.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Obesity in particular is the biggest risk factor for a severe course of many diseases and infections. My doctor explained the three main factors to me like this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>- <strong>Inflammations<\/strong>A lot of fatty tissue leads to more inflammation in the body, which in turn favours infectious diseases and cancer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>- <strong>Vitamin D deficiency<\/strong>Light has a harder time reaching the layers of skin where the body produces vitamin D in overweight people. Vitamin D deficiency makes you more susceptible to many diseases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>- <strong>Lack of exercise<\/strong>More weight often leads to less enjoyment of exercise and to the usual health consequences of lack of exercise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When people want to lose weight, they often try to eat less. But the opposite strategy is often better.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Instead of eating less in general, you should eat more of the good things that your body needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MORE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>- <strong>Sleep + recovery<\/strong>We often reach for food because we are tired and need energy. Those who get enough sleep are better protected against this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>- <strong>Drink<\/strong>: 80% of all people confuse thirst with hunger and eat something when all their body really needs is liquid. Drinking enough can protect you from hunger pangs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>- <strong>More nutrients<\/strong>vitamins and fibre: it's best to eat fresh: Prof James, a world-leading nutrition expert, recommends eating 10 different fresh foods a day. If this is not enough to cover your needs, take supplements such as omega-3 fatty acids.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My tip: Think about one thing you can do today to get a little fitter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These three aspects are just a small selection of the many possibilities for a strong, lean body that also fends off pathogens.
