Sometimes I pray pretty much into the blue... a cry for help somewhere. I don't always realise who I'm actually addressing my plea to. Requests are perhaps also not answered because they are not clearly addressed....<\/p>\n<p>The only address for prayers that can really be answered is the Creator of heaven and earth, the Almighty, the Father, the Healer, the Comforter, the Helper, to whom we can be close - through the redemption that his Son has brought about for us. That is why we can only ask in his name...<\/p>\n<p>I want to be more focussed in my prayers in future. Not start praying straight away. Instead, I want to first realise who I am addressing my prayers to - and why I have this privilege at all - through Jesus.
