That's relaxing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can use the PAPIER strategy for sor-<br>apply the tasks:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P Recycle bin (electronic or physical):<br>Everything that is not really important,<br>here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Give to others: Tasks that you delegate<br>with a short one,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>clear instructions for action to the<br>to the person speaking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P Plan what to do with it: best to<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>make a decision and shortly after<br>ting: call back, transfer, test.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the plot is less than two<br>minutes, do it immediately.<br>I In the filing cabinet: Mails or documents with<br>which you don't have to do anything, but which<br>reference are important. In a moment.<br>Do not put it back on the pile, otherwise<br>you'll have to think again next time.<br>E Get it done: Do what is necessary.<br>R Done right: be happy about it.<br>\u25a0 Think about it<br>Which of the six steps are you<br>often inconsistent. How could you in<br>become more consistent in implementation?<br>\u25a0 Have a go<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Write down the steps of the paper<br>strategy and practise it.
