Yes!<\/p>\n

The funniest moment was when Sophina, who was eating spaghetti, suddenly had to sneeze. Spaghetti sneezes\u2026.<\/p>\n

- What new things have I discovered about life?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Instructions that seem simple are obviously difficult for people to understand. Last night, my mobile phone gave up the ghost. It wouldn\u2019t respond at all. I couldn\u2019t even switch it off, let alone use it to make calls, browse the internet or check the weather. I couldn\u2019t access my contacts either. Luckily, a friend had given me a spare mobile! This morning I sent an email about it to some friends: \u201eMy mobile\u2019s broken; I\u2019ve lost all my contacts. Please send me a text message with your name.\u201c It seemed straightforward. Or so I thought.<\/p>\n

Some people emailed me their number, which meant I had to type it out \u2013 rather impractical, as I\u2019d already mixed up the digits in the very first number. Others wrote to me saying, \u201eHere\u2019s my mobile number.\u201c Only they didn\u2019t tell me who \u201emine\u201c actually was.<\/p>\n

- What new things have I discovered about myself?<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

It really does me a world of good to have developed the ritual of writing (almost) every evening about where and how I discover life. Amidst everything that\u2019s proving very stressful at the moment (from sick staff to faulty ships and even malfunctioning mobiles), it does me a world of good to be mindful of life\u2026 and not to miss the beautiful moments in it all. Life IS beautiful!<\/p>\n
