My goal: To make at least 100 women stronger in business and life between September and December 2023.\u00a0

In September, I have the\u00a0Coaching Basics Bootcamp<\/a>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>offered. This was and is for anyone who wants to learn the basics of coaching quickly - in just 10 hours - and get started straight away. The boot camp was live, but you can also watch the recording and get started with coaching afterwards.

And now I invite all those who have had enough of powerlessness to\u00a0LEO. Live strong as a lion<\/a><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0in.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LEO is my online life training programme that helps you build an all-round strong life. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Life is like a barrel consisting of 8 staves (barrel boards) and a bottom. Each stave stands for an important area of life that you need for a strong, balanced life, e.g. vision, good structures, regeneration.\u00a0

However, many people's lives are more like a barrel built by a drunken barrel maker: Some areas, such as work and productivity, are highly developed. Others are constantly neglected, e.g. relationships or creativity.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You do what comes easily to you - such as being hard-working and productive. And the things that don't come so easily or don't seem so urgent and important take a back seat. We don't achieve our goals - not because they are actually so unattainable, but because it is so easy to get distracted and do something that is easier.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The problem: the quality of life is determined by the lowest stave. For example, if we lack relationships or regeneration, it is of no use if other areas such as productivity \/ success and vision are strong - life is simply not round.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Living like this works for a short time, but in the long run life loses its power.\u00a0

The quality of life decreases. You can only fill a barrel with as much water as the lowest stave is high.\u00a0
