\"2015-02-14<\/a>I'm feeling a touch wistful right now. I've said goodbye to my first coaching guest on the ship. I decided a few months ago that, even though the ship wasn't ready yet, I wanted to start a test run. Michael was the first coaching guest to take the risk and stay on board for longer. He was looking for guidance for himself. I coached him and he lived on the ship and helped out...<\/p>\n

He was really tough...endured an unfinished ship and some turmoil...and set out to throw useless patterns and beliefs overboard....<\/p>\n

when I come back from England he will probably no longer be there... : - ( So it was time to say goodbye. It was a very good time. I learnt a lot. I think he did too... and I'm proud of him and the way he embraced change processes. And I'm sure that he will continue on his path well...
