This was his logic behind the bad resolution: at the end of the year, the opposite of what he set out to do always seems to have happened. So now he deliberately sets himself the opposite of what he actually wants. In the hope of achieving it.<\/p>\n

Good intentions are not enough<\/h3>\n

There are no official statistics. But my guess is that 70 - 80% of all New Year's resolutions fail. There are various reasons for this, e.g. New Year's resolutions don't suit you or are formulated too unrealistically or vaguely.<\/p>\n

That was the bad news. The good news:\u00a0 You can learn to choose goals that are deeply motivating for you and actually achievable. It's not that difficult.<\/strong><\/p>\n
