Over the last few years, I have coached several people who were looking for support in reducing excess weight in a sustainable and healthy way. I really enjoyed the - incidentally successful - process - it was touching to support people with such a personal and sensitive topic. And I learnt a lot myself.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"egbu7-0-0\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"egbu7-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"egbu7-0-0\"><span data-text=\"true\">Some people find it difficult to reduce their weight because they are used to eating quickly and therefore do not feel full. <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"egbu7-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"egbu7-0-0\"><span data-text=\"true\">Another is because they are used to eating too much and their stomach is larger than they would like and they only feel full once they have eaten a certain amount. <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"7gdko\" data-offset-key=\"10ijf-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"10ijf-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"10ijf-0-0\"><span data-text=\"true\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.down-to-earth.de\/quadros\/fitness\/quadro-schlank-und-fit.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/www.down-to-earth.de\/media\/image\/f6\/a1\/01\/q-44_schlank-und-fit_600x600.jpg\" alt=\"Slim and fit - basics and tricks for a healthy and strong body\" width=\"400\" height=\"400\" \/><\/a><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"10ijf-0-0\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"10ijf-0-0\"><strong><span data-offset-key=\"10ijf-0-0\"><span data-text=\"true\">Trick to healthy satiety <\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"7gdko\" data-offset-key=\"9vo09-0-0\">\n<ul>\n<li class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"9vo09-0-0\"><strong><span data-offset-key=\"9vo09-0-0\"><span data-text=\"true\">Drink a large glass of water half an hour before eating<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"af6hq-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"af6hq-0-0\"><span data-text=\"true\">The water fills the stomach and reduces the feeling of hunger. Important: Water <em>to the<\/em> Food dilutes the digestive juices and makes digestion more difficult - so that's not so good.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"af6hq-0-0\">\n<ul>\n<li class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"af6hq-0-0\"><strong>Eat high-fibre food that fills the stomach well<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Rye bread is better than baguette, an apple you have to chew on is better than a smoothie, salad is better than pasta.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"af6hq-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"af6hq-0-0\"><span data-text=\"true\"><strong>Eat soups frequently<\/strong> <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"7gdko\" data-offset-key=\"af6hq-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"af6hq-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"af6hq-0-0\"><span data-text=\"true\">You have to eat soups slowly. And soup fills the stomach very well.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"af6hq-0-0\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"7gdko\" data-offset-key=\"f84ac-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"f84ac-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"f84ac-0-0\"><span data-text=\"true\">It's clear: you won't get rid of the fat.
