Genau das durfte ich in den letzten 25 Jahren erleben! Wenn aus kleinen Anf\u00e4ngen Gro\u00dfes wird? Genau das durfte ich in den letzten 25 Jahren als Unternehmerin erleben. Dieses Jubil\u00e4um erf\u00fcllt mich mit Dank und Staunen \u00fcber das, was im Leben von Einzelnen passiert ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als ich im Jahr 2000 meine Firma <a href=\"https:\/\/down-to-earth.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Down to Earth<\/a> gegr\u00fcndet habe, konnte ich nicht ahnen, was mal daraus wird. Und die Anf\u00e4nge waren nicht sonderlich glorreich. Ein junger Mann, namens Tobi, hat mir geholfen das Layout meines aller ersten Buches: <em>&#8222;<a href=\"https:\/\/down-to-earth.de\/shop\/heimkommen-zu-gottes-vaterliebe-jack-winter\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Heimkommen zu Gottes Vaterliebe&#8220;<\/a><\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/down-to-earth.de\/shop\/heimkommen-zu-gottes-vaterliebe-jack-winter\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"> <\/a>in letzter Minute fertig zu bekommen.  Sein Vater war absolut gar nicht begeistert, dass Tobi daf\u00fcr einen Tag seines Zivildienst schw\u00e4nzte. Und ich feiere weiter: mit Verlosungen auf Instagram und vor allem mit viel Dankbarkeit f\u00fcr das, was entstanden ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In den letzten 25 Jahren hat sich einiges angesammelt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>60 <a href=\"https:\/\/down-to-earth.de\/product-tag\/onlinetraining\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Online-Kurse und Webinare<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>180 publizierte Videos, B\u00fccher, Impulshefte, Quadros \u2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hunderte <a href=\"https:\/\/kerstinhack.de\/blog\/\">Blogbeitr\u00e4ge<\/a> und Artikel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00dcber 1000 <a href=\"https:\/\/kerstinhack.de\/inspiration\/\">Inspirationsmails<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mehr als eine Viertelmillion Euro an Spenden <a href=\"https:\/\/www.worldvision.de\/spenden\/unternehmen\/kooperation\/projekte\/kerstin-hack?utm_source=meta&amp;utm_medium=sm&amp;utm_campaign=spendenaktion-kerstin-hack&amp;utm_id=406769\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">f\u00fcr Hilfsprojekte<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Zahlen sind beeindruckend.<br><br>Wenn man solche Zahlen h\u00f6rt, k\u00f6nnte man versucht sein, zu denken: <em>WOW. Was die geschafft hat, schaffe ich nie.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Und ganz ehrlich: So geht es mir manchmal auch, wenn ich irgendwo online die gro\u00dfen Zahlen sehe, die Leute von ihren Projekten posten.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bis 2040 90% des Plastiks aus den Ozeanen holen (<a href=\"https:\/\/theoceancleanup.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Ocean Cleanup<\/a>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 Millionen Menschen in Afrika mit gr\u00fcnem Strom versorgen (<a href=\"https:\/\/acumen.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Acumen<\/a>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Milliarde Mahlzeiten an hungrige Menschen ausgeben (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.feedingamerica.org\/partners\/current-promotions\/1-billion-meals\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Feeding America<\/a>)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Doch wenn ich an meine Zahlen denke, wei\u00df ich: Es ist nicht auf einmal geschehen, sondern in 25 Jahren gewachsen.<br><br>Jeder kleine Schritt hat dazu beigetragen:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>jedes einzelne Projekt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>jedes Buch und jedes Quadro<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>jede Stunde vor dem Laptop<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>jede Stunde Arbeit am Schiff<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>jeder Vortrag<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>jede Stunde <a href=\"https:\/\/kerstinhack.de\/coaching\/\">Coaching<\/a><br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Auf einmal &#8211; fast ohne, dass man es bemerkt, wird aus den vielen kleinen einzelnen Schritten etwas Gro\u00dfes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei mir, aber auch bei dir.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese Zahlen sind beeindruckend, doch sie sind nicht das Wesentliche. Denn letztlich geht es nicht um Zahlen \u2013 sondern um Menschen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Nicht Zahlen z\u00e4hlen, sondern Menschen<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Was mich an Jesus fasziniert, ist, dass er zwar vor Tausenden von Menschen sprach, sich aber immer Einzelnen zuwandte. Wenn ich auf 25 Jahre Unternehmerin-Sein zur\u00fcckblicke, sehe ich nicht nur Zahlen, sondern vor allem Gesichter:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Eine K\u00fcnstlerin, die mir erz\u00e4hlte, dass eines unserer B\u00fccher ihr in einer schweren Phase Orientierung gab und sie vor dem Suizid bewahrte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eine Frau, die durch <a href=\"https:\/\/down-to-earth.de\/leo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">LEO<\/a> endlich das Chaos in ihrer Wohnung besiegt hat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ein Mann, der sagte, dass der Kurs <a href=\"https:\/\/down-to-earth.de\/shop\/ida-gottes-liebe-erleben\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">IDA<\/a> ihn nach einer schmerzhaften Trennung getr\u00f6stet hat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich denke an so viele Menschen, die durch eine Auszeit an Bord oder im Coaching neue Perspektiven gefunden haben. Menschen z\u00e4hlen. Du z\u00e4hlst. Ich dachte an ein paar Dutzend oder Hunderte. Heute sehe ich, dass mein Team und ich Tausende von Menschen inspirieren konnten. Wir haben zwei Schiffe umgebaut, die Traumorte f\u00fcr Menschen sind oder noch werden. Wir konnten mit eurer Hilfe Tausenden in armen L\u00e4ndern helfen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Aber nicht alles lief glatt.<\/strong> Manche Entwicklungen haben meine Erwartungen untertroffen. Finanzielle Engp\u00e4sse, harte Zeiten \u2013 das geh\u00f6rt dazu. Doch ich habe gelernt: <strong>Es gibt immer einen Weg.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Was ich \u2013 gerade in schwierigen Phasen \u2013 gemacht habe:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Erwartungen anpassen<\/strong>: Niemand hat versprochen, dass es leicht ist.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Durchatmen<\/strong>: Auch mal Schmerz, Wut und Tr\u00e4nen zulassen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Einen Schritt nach dem anderen gehen<\/strong>: Beim Schiffbau fuhr ich jede Woche ein bis drei Mal hin und arbeitete einfach weiter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Vielleicht steckst du gerade fest. Zweifel nicht einfach an deinem Ziel, sondern finde einen neuen Weg.
