\"\"Even though summer is my favourite season, I also like autumn and winter. In autumn, I took the train through Brandenburg after an appointment. Between the rather monotonous pine trees typical of the area, there were occasional flashes of colourful deciduous trees, and now and again a small birch grove with yellow leaves dancing gently in the wind.<\/p>\n

Autumn storms<\/h3>\n

Then came the first big autumn storms. Xavier caused metre-high waves even on the harmless Spree, on which the ducks happily surfed - happily at least as far as I could tell. Unfortunately, it also caused damage on board - a skylight was cracked by a falling object and had to be replaced.<\/p>\n

I have the Crisis<\/a> I only realised this after returning from a trip and unfortunately it rained heavily during the days I was away, so the cork floor was also affected. Not the end of the world, but probably a few hundred euros worth of damage.<\/p>\n

Nevertheless, I'm glad that the chimney drama - after I've shown my anger - has finally come to an end and I'm cosy and warm on board again.<\/p>\n

Fireplace and coaching<\/h3>\n

There is another fireplace in the seminar room, which has recently been spreading cosy warmth. At the weekend, a coaching guest is on board and she is then welcome to indulge in her thoughts, sort out her life and develop new perspectives by the crackling open fire - with coaching if required.<\/p>\n

In recent months, on-site and telephone coaching has increased significantly - both in terms of time and geography. It's a bit crazy to coach someone who lives 5,000 kilometres away over the phone - but it works.<\/p>\n

At the same time, I am often moved to tears when I witness what is resolved during coaching and how quickly. There are people who have been moulded by their family and environment all their lives - changes take time. But very often I find that a thought pattern or an emotion that is blocking their life is released in just one hour and remains permanently resolved. That is a joy to behold.<\/p>\n

It is and remains challenging to reconcile the various areas of responsibility - redesigning the publishing house, coaching, ship, writing my new book. It's sometimes challenging to keep deciding what's the right thing to do right now. It's good to take regular breaks and just look at the beautiful autumn nature - like right now.<\/p>\n
