{"id":5018,"date":"2010-06-04T20:12:30","date_gmt":"2010-06-04T20:12:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kerstinpur.de\/?p=142"},"modified":"2010-06-04T20:12:30","modified_gmt":"2010-06-04T20:12:30","slug":"crises-and-clarity","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kerstinhack.de\/en\/krisen-und-klarheit\/","title":{"rendered":"Crises and clarity"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Lately, I\u2019ve often heard people say, \u201eSo-and-so got me into a conflict.\u201c On the face of it, this seems to be true when someone\u2019s question or request doesn\u2019t, in some way, fit in with one\u2019s own expectations.<br \/>\nBut I no longer believe that another person has the power to plunge me into an inner conflict. I now believe that an inner conflict is nothing more than a sign showing me: \u2018I haven\u2019t got clarity on this yet.\u2019.<br \/>\nWith \u2018Down to Earth\u2019, I face all sorts of dilemmas: should I focus on this or that? Should I put my energy here or there? Every dilemma challenges me to gain clarity. To discover what matters to me. Things, opportunities, events or people can never all be equally important. Something is simply a touch more important or better.<br \/>\nGaining clarity about what is important to me at a particular moment, or in general, is incredibly empowering. And it gives me freedom.<br \/>\nThat\u2019s my opinion.
