\"\"<\/a> There are moments that are simply wonderful. Like this one right now. For the first time in ages, I\u2019ve reached ZERO in three areas.
\n- My inbox is empty<\/strong> \u2013 empty apart from the Post-it pad, which is there so that new documents can be labelled with \u201eTo-do\u201c straight away. All enquiries from government departments and other people have been answered.
\n- <\/strong>My email inbox is empty<\/strong>. All enquiries have been deleted, delegated, replied to or placed in the relevant work folders and to-do lists.
\n- The buffer is set to zero. <\/strong>All the papers have been put away where they should be. <\/p>\n

Only the Tower of books<\/em> It\u2019s the only \u201ecollection point\u201c I haven\u2019t yet whittled down to zero \u2013 but I\u2019ve still got quite a few bus, underground and train journeys ahead of me before Christmas, which I can use for reading. <\/p>\n
