At the weekend, in the trainer training for non-violent communication, we compared the needs we have with vessels that are filled to different levels.  Yesterday filled up some of the vessels considerably. A few others (the one after sleep\/regeneration) did not...but you can't have everything. Unfortunately, the liquid in the vessels keeps evaporating.
