Here you will find ideas on how you can sleep more and better in everyday life. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sleep like on holiday<br><\/strong><br>The figures are clear and show that many people sleep better on holiday than they do at work.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>According to a survey by <a href=\"https:\/\/studyfinds.org\/accept-travel-invite-this-summer\/?utm_source=chatgpt.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">studyfinds.org<\/a>give&nbsp;<strong>68 %<\/strong>&nbsp;of people say they get their best sleep on holiday.&nbsp;<strong>75 %<\/strong>&nbsp;feel more refreshed in the morning after waking up than at home .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a study by Springer on summer holidays, participants stated that on average&nbsp;<strong>7.4 hours<\/strong>&nbsp;per night - in contrast to&nbsp;<strong>6.7 hours<\/strong>&nbsp;in everyday working life . That is a plus of about&nbsp;<strong>42 minutes of sleep per night<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parallel to the duration, the quality of sleep was also rated significantly better in various studies (on a 10-point scale):&nbsp;<strong>7.2 on holiday<\/strong> compared to everyday life. You can also learn to sleep longer and better in everyday life - and thus recharge your batteries, energy and zest for life.\u00a0<br>I appreciate Dr Mark Atkinson's 4-step sleep concept<br><br><strong>Step 1: Understand why sleep is important<br><\/strong>Poor sleep is not a minor problem, it affects everything - your immune defences, your mood, your mental clarity and your long-term health.<br><br>Remind yourself regularly that good sleep is so crucial. This is the first step towards lasting change.<br><br><strong>Step 2: Define your sleep goal<br><\/strong>Set yourself a clear intention. For example: <em>\u201eI sleep at least 5 hours 5 days a week.\u201d <\/em>Or <em>\u201cI wake up refreshed and full of energy at least five days a week.\u201c<\/em>\u00a0<br>Defining this and, if necessary, checking it with a simple list or technical tracking tools will help you to find your focus and stick to it.<br><br><strong>Step 3: Choose your strategies<br><\/strong>Small measures often have a big impact, e.g. these 4:\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Clearing out the bedroom<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reduce screen time in the evening<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Using food supplements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop a relaxing evening routine<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Further initial tips can be found in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=CW7Qs53doYw&amp;t=17s\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Online interview<\/a> on the subject of sleep strategies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And in the online course <a href=\"https:\/\/down-to-earth.de\/shop\/onlinekurs-schlaf-gut-basics\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Sleep well.
