The healthy fibre also helps to cleanse the intestines. I want to go through the day energised and awake. I don't always manage to eat enough salad and vegetables for this. That's why green smoothies are the basis of my healthy diet.<\/p>\n<p>I usually make myself a green smoothie for breakfast. Often a whole litre or more, which I then drink throughout the morning. I love it when I can still taste the individual ingredients.<\/p>\n<h3>Green smoothies: the soft version to start with<\/h3>\n<p>Green smoothies take some getting used to - especially as a start to the day. It ferments in the stomach, whereby vitamins are lost and gases and toxins are formed. This is why fruit should only be eaten on an empty stomach - then it is digested quickly - in about 30 minutes - and the valuable substances can be fully absorbed by the body.<\/p>\n<p>That's why I eat some fruit very early after getting up. The power smoothie comes a little later.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mix first:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Water as required<\/li>\n<li>5 celery stalks (approx. 10 cm)<\/li>\n<li>10 cm cucumber<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Then add:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 handfuls of spinach (fresh or frozen a little less)<\/li>\n<li>1 avocado<\/li>\n<li>A few cabbage leaves<\/li>\n<li>1 handful of kale (fresh or frozen a little less)<\/li>\n<li>Some coriander<\/li>\n<li>Some chilli pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Green smoothies plus: Possible supplements<\/h3>\n<p>I also mix one or more of the following ingredients into my smoothies<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/kerstinhack.de\/en\/day\/do-it-yourself\/\">One whole or half an avocado stone<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Powerfoods<\/li>\n<li>Chia seeds<\/li>\n<li>Linseed<\/li>\n<li>Aloe Vera<\/li>\n<li>Some lemon with peel<\/li>\n<li>Rosehip seeds<\/li>\n<li>Fresh ginger<\/li>\n<li>...<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mir ist es sehr wichtig, meinen K\u00f6rper gut mit Vitalstoffen, Mineralien und Vitaminen zu versorgen.
