I, Kerstin Hack, am a Systemic Coach and Supervisor (German Systemic Society), Wingwave Coach and StoryBrand Consultant, among other qualifications.

I offer coaching, supervision and consultations in line with the following conditions:

1. Confidentiality is respected.
2. Peer supervision respects the client’s anonymity and personal data are changed for this purpose.
3. The duration of each session, unless otherwise agreed, is 55 minutes.
4. Cancellation of an appointment is possible by email or phone. In the case of cancellation within less than 4 calendar days before the appointment, a cancellation fee of 20% will be charged. If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the agreed appointment, the fee is to be paid in full.
5. The fee per coaching session: • personal coaching: 128 Euro plus statutory VAT (total 152.32 Euro)• business coaching: 250 Euro plus statutory VAT.
