One gram of practice weighs more than a kilo of theory

One dream and one goal - many forms

Sometimes I am asked: „What is your dream? What do you want to achieve?“

My answer: I want to help people ...

  • their lives stronger
  • their relationships more relaxed and
  • live their faith more joyfully than before.

No more, but also no less. I choose different ways to do this. I write books, I coach, I speak as a keynote speaker at events and I run courses and seminars - on invitation at other locations or in my own rooms in Berlin. The dates are listed on the Appointment page to find.

You can book me for individual events, but also for workshops, seminar days or Zoom courses.

I respond flexibly and creatively to what the respective organiser and participants expect and need. My seminars are usually interactive - with a mix of lecture, discussion and work in small groups. The participants enjoy a refreshing event full of warmth and inspiration. I give a solid grounding in the basics of a topic, but then always lead into practice and application. Because an ounce of practice weighs more than a kilo of theory.

How does life succeed? My 10 favourite topics as a speaker

I can be invited to give a lecture or a seminar lasting one or several days on any topic I have already published on. However, as there are several dozen topics, I would like to list my current 10 favourite topics here.

1 How do you live dynamically?

In the early 2000s, I discovered that a strong and balanced life includes eight key life elements that all need their place in order to prevent burn-out and bore-out (dying of boredom). I have summarised this concept in my books Swing. Your life in balance and The good life described. The webinar package

2 How do you find your vocation?

Everyone is Gifted and called, to develop his gifts and give something to the world. Find your calling. Discover who you are, find your place helps you to recognise the clues to your unique calling that are already present in your life. And to take practical steps to further develop your calling.

3 How do you communicate from the heart?

Many people would like to be closer to other people, but unknowingly communicate in a way that creates distance through unconscious reproach or self-accusation. Connective communication can be learnt. Here the Non-violent communication according to Marshall Rosenberg were introduced and practised.

4 How do you declutter thoroughly?

At last tidied up:  Many people long to get things and their lives in order. However, the good intention usually gets stuck after the first drawer full of old documents. Here you can discover how the art of Letting go   succeeds - with possessions, but also emotional rubbish that needs to be disposed of properly. Liberatingly simple - simply liberating. This offer can also be booked as personal day coaching - including a joint decluttering session.

5 How do you finally let go of pain?

Everyone experiences pain. Sometimes through our own failures, sometimes through the behaviour of others. But no one is forced to stay stuck forever in what others have done to them. In the course Learning to forgive. Living unburdened and free I will show you proven steps that will help you leave the past behind. Forever.

6 How do you overcome trauma?

People who have experienced traumatic events are often blocked afterwards - they can no longer engage easily with certain situations or relationships. Simple, tried and tested techniques can be used to Release blockages and sustainably find new inner freedom. The contents - including those from wingwave coaching - can be used for yourself. However, they are also helpful for working with people who have experienced trauma.

7 How do you find a clear focus?

What are my unique strengths? Find focus are aimed at people who want more clarity for the best use of their potential in their job or voluntary work. As a trainer for the bottleneck-focussed strategy according to Mewes, I teach the theory and practice for promising target group-oriented and focussed action.

8 How do you accompany people?

Anyone who has to deal with people on a voluntary or professional basis would do well to acquire the tools to conduct conversations and provide support. in the course Coaching Basics As a trained systemic coach and supervisor, I teach the basics of systemic coaching and practise some basic techniques.

9 How can you honestly believe?

It may have been easy in the past to trust God and feel secure in your own faith - but then disappointments happened. Painful things. And faith and confidence fell by the wayside. The course Trusting God anew - a journey invites you to shed masks, be authentic and honest and take new steps of trust.

10 How do you live your dream?

I am known for living my dreams: I have built a professional life that matches my passion. And I realised my dream of living on a boat on the water. How do you do that? How do you realise your dreams? To realise dreams and Achieve goals it is important to first find out what you want and - with the help of the Zurich Resource Model (ZRM) - to formulate it in such a way that it gives you strength. Once it is clear where you want to go, you need help to find your way emotionally and practically. Cast off and courageously embark on the adventure of living the dream.

Book by Kerstin Hack: Leinen los. How I built a houseboat in the centre of Berlin to live my dream.

Feedback from participants

Kerstin, you have the gift of explaining things practically and have provided me with the tools to actively shape, recognise and change my life myself - this helps me to take the next steps.

Marlene

Thank you for your practical impulses. Things have finally started to happen for me and healing processes have begun.

Michaela

The seminar gave me new ideas for things that were stuck. Kerstin Hack makes you want to tackle things, radiates joie de vivre and comes across as authentic.

Carmen

Even in the first few minutes of the workshop, you succeeded in personally involving the participants in the topic - and encouraging them to actively participate throughout the entire time. Thanks to a good mix of input, group discussions and small group work, the participants were not only able to take away knowledge, but also to work individually on their own lifestyle. The participants' feedback on your workshop was correspondingly positive: The atmosphere, didactics, relevance of the content and participant documentation were all rated as very good or good.
