Kerstin's Christmas special: 4x good deeds in one go
What do you do when there is so much need in the world that you would like to alleviate, but your budget is barely sufficient to meet your own challenges? I don't know what you do. But I know what I do. I come up with something.
My idea: Doing good fourfold
I have developed two online courses to help you manage life and work better. For three months, you receive two coaching emails a week - conveniently sent to your home - with input, strategies for implementation and lots of practical tips. In this way, you can learn step by step how to manage life and work better.
Three months of professional coaching input at a bargain price: the course fee is 99 euros (or just 90 if you sign up together with a friend). That's less than most coaches charge for an hour of coaching.
The courses are called LEA + SAM:
- LEA: Finally live differently. Gain lightness, energy and radiance. Ideal for anyone who wants to get rid of physical and emotional baggage and finally live a lighter life.
- SAM: Mastering your work. Overcome challenges with strength and clarity. Ideal for anyone who is fed up with work mountains growing over their head. And who want to get through the working day in a more relaxed and effective way.

And now come the four or five flies
You can do something good for yourself
Take part in one of the two courses - and be strengthened for life. It's simply good for you. For three months for one euro per day.
You can support others in life
You can give the course as a gift to friends, children or partners who finally want to get rid of physical and mental baggage and approach life and work more easily and calmly. Not stuff you don't need, but training that strengthens you for life. And if you take part in the course with another person, it's not only easier to implement - it's also cheaper. You can do something good for the ship
There's no question about it: the courses generate income. And every cent that I don't currently need to live and pay bills goes towards the ship project. So that soon - I hope for spring / summer 2015 - a place will be ready where people can find inspiration and help. In January, I have to pay rent and electricity for 8 months in advance - so I'm grateful for anything that makes the burden lighter.
You can help alleviate hardship
20% of the course fee will be donated to people in need. Unless otherwise stated, the money will go to Shelter Now, an aid organisation whose leaders I have known for over 20 years and who are doing fantastic reconstruction work in Afghanistan.
Something special for charities
If you have a project or a favourite charity that you would like to support. Or you yourself do good in the world and are financed by donations, you are welcome to take up the idea and use it for your own purposes.
You can tell your friends about the opportunity to take part in LEA + SAM and promote your project at the same time (it should be an e.V. for legal reasons). The only important thing is that the course participants only indicate where the 20% should go when registering.
The next courses start on 1 January. So it's best to register now, open the flap (for the four flies) and tell others about it...
