How much fits into one life?
Wanting to do everything at once destroys everything at once.
- Georg Christoph Lichtenberg
"Which ice cream do you want?" "All of them!"
Sometimes in life we feel like children (or adults) in front of the ice cream parlour: We would love to try all the flavours available at once.

Experience shows: It doesn't work well. Either the ice cream melts or you get sick.
I tried this the other day. I wanted to make some friends happy and bought them and myself an ice cream. Then I rang their doorbell - they weren't there.
So I licked three portions of ice cream at a furious pace - and still my hands were dripping. Enjoyment is different.
I like it better this way: I enjoy a different flavour of ice cream every week at my favourite ice cream stand. Mango, strawberry, fig and goat's cheese (really), forest fruit.
One after the other is really tasty.
1000 ideas and no plan
In real life, we often have 1000 ideas. We have ideas about what we would like to do, how we would like to improve our lives.
Recently, some participants from my Life training LEO. Lion strong live on board with me.
We talked about ideas, dreams and plans and realised that most of them had far more ideas than they could fit into their already full lives.
They learnt that if you want too much at once, you become frustrated and discouraged and don't tackle anything.
Fortunately, there are good ways to change this.
I sorted them out first:
- Brainstorming: First of all, write down all the ideas - I take a sheet of paper and draw lots of circles - 10 - 20 circles - that's more creative than lines. I put one idea in each circle.
- Sort: The most important ideas are then written on index cards or differently coloured pieces of paper for the individual areas of life. This has the advantage that you can move them around to get a sense of what is most important.
- Decide: Only one slip (per category) can be awarded first place.
In the end, there was great relief:

Sorting with the index cards really helped me. I quickly realised what was most important to me.
Instead of doing nothing at all because of all the ideas, I chose from the many possible "ice-cream scoops". And last night I started with my goal of learning a new language.
Marina
I was really happy for them and for the others who managed to achieve their goals.
My tip: Try it out right away.
Or even better. Sign up for LEO. Then I'll help you choose the right programme for you from the many options available.
With "LEO. Living strong as a lion" I'll do some of the splitting for you. There is only "one flavour of ice cream" per month.

On the menu for the next 6 months
- Energy - Measures to overcome listlessness
- Joie de vivre instead of boredom
- Relationship Relaxed instead of stressed
- Reflection to grow inwardly
- Gratitude - instead of being dissatisfied
- Regeneration, to really recharge your batteries
What you get at LEO
I love to share practical, realisable life tips. For each topic there are
- A little challenge, that anyone can create
- A webinar with me on the monthly topic with me plus documents
- A book summary to the topic
- One hour of live questions and answers with me the "Lion's Round!"
- A fixed groupthat encourages and supports you.
In principle, it's a coaching programme with me - only for much less money than individual coaching.
Everything is organised so that you can manage it well.
If a topic is not for you because you have a lot to do at the moment, or you have already mastered it, you can just let yourself be inspired and then be more active again the next month.
The special offer
Normally you book LEO for a year, but now in the summer you have the opportunity to simply test it for 6 months.
The best: Things really change when you keep at it.
12 changes a year that you actually make are better than 50 that you only plan to make.
Lucienne wrote to me about the changes she is experiencing:
"I'm really pleased to be able to take part and realise that a few topics are already interwoven with my life. I am more aware of myself and can take better care of myself. And it's easier for me to think of good questions that I can ask to help others. Thank you for your innovative, creative emails and lion rounds!"
Don't miss out and be there.
LEO is available in three versions
- LEO for me: You can book LEO for your personal development.
- LEO for two Or together with a friend (the two of you will have even more fun and save money compared to booking individually).
- LEO forever: For savers. You pay once and you're in for good.
What are your next dreams and projects?
I look forward to accompanying you so that you can live your life lighter and stronger.
