Webinar: Stop emotional eating
I am excited. In a week's time, I'll be giving my first live webinar on the topic of "Stop emotional eating!"
How do you manage to control chocolate, crisps and other delicious foods instead of letting them control you?
This question has been on my mind for a long time - on the one hand because I've known from my own life that I simply can't stop eating certain foods. But also because I come across it again and again in coaching.
When food has us in its grip
There was Daniel, for example, who confessed that he couldn't control himself when it came to Nutella. He resolved to only eat one or two fingerfuls and ate half a jar of the sugary chocolate cream almost every evening - with his finger, in fact - and was extremely annoyed with himself afterwards
Interestingly, he was only so unruly with Nutella, otherwise he didn't eat too much and was relatively slim apart from a tiny little tummy, but with Nutella...
Or Angelika*, who often went to the tea kitchen when she was stressed at work and ate a whole packet of chocolates. As she was often stressed, the consequences in the form of being massively overweight were inevitable. She suffered massively as a result and was still unable to stop herself.
Help to control your eating
I was able to help both of them through Coaching help - with effective coaching methods that start exactly where the problem is, namely with the intensive association of food with desired emotions. After just one hour, Angelika's inner compulsion to reach for chocolates when stressed disappeared.
I didn't meet Daniel, who ate half a jar of Nutella almost every evening, again until several months after our coaching session. I cautiously asked him about Nutella. "Oh, I thought about it again last week. I haven't had Nutella for months. I no longer had a craving for it. I was at a market the other day and I thought to myself: "I haven't eaten Nutella for so long - I'm going to treat myself to a Nutella crepe! I only ate half of it - it was far too sweet for me."
Meal coaching in a webinar
I love helping people to free themselves from constraints through coaching. But not everyone can or wants to afford personal coaching. That's why I'm now sharing my knowledge in the form of a webinar for the first time.
On 29. 10. at 11.00 a.m. the time has come.
If you are not there at the time, you can also watch the recording of the webinar at a later date.
You can still register here.
It's best to register now. The earlier you register, the cheaper the webinar.
