Which activities or people energise me?
In a small survey I recently conducted, most people said that they lack energy.
That shocked me. You need energy to think, to work, to live!
I didn't ask in the survey which energy was missing.
There is the
- Physical energywhich is very important, because the body acts and carries the soul
- The spiritual energy, i.e. the inner strength
- Mental energy, i.e. the ability to think powerfully and with concentration
Recharge your batteries
For each of the individual energies, you need different measures to top up your tanks when they are empty.
Hardly anything gives or robs us as much energy as our fellow human beings.
It's worth giving it some careful thought.
Which activities or people energise me?
I even recommend that you make a list, or two to be precise:
- That robs me of energy
- That gives me energy
And then take steps to spend less time with people and things that drain your energy and more time with activities and people that energise you.
This will make a big contribution to filling your mental energy tanks again.
Recharge your batteries
One of many ways to gain more physical strength is to get a good night's sleep. Hardly anything affects our energy levels as much as our sleep.
The right room temperature contributes to a good night's sleep - the body needs to cool down in order to sleep well, so it is best to sleep in a room that is around 16 degrees centigrade. It can also help to wet your body with a flannel before going to bed and then go to bed without drying off. This cools the body temperature down well.
Recharge your mental energy
Water and good oils are just as important for a fit brain as observing the energy curve. The system needs a break every 90 minutes or so. This doesn't mean that you don't have to do anything, but you can switch to lighter activities such as tidying up or taking out the rubbish. After the break, the brain is back with more energy than if you force yourself to keep going.
Recharge your batteries all round
These are just a few tips on the subject of energy.
In the webinar Recharge your batteries. Three practical ways I will explain to you in 90 minutes how you can effectively ensure that
- Being physically energetic
- Having spiritual strength
- To be able to think clearly
Of course, you can probably gather this information from books and the internet. But honestly:
What is the likelihood that you will do it?
Especially when you have little energy, you don't have the energy to find out how to get more energy.
There are also detailed participant documents for the webinar, where you can read everything again.
If you no longer want to be powerless, then treat yourself to the webinar.
