Anger serves to remove obstacles

That's intense!!!
Six months ago, my pellet stove, which heats the entire boat, broke down. Since then, customer service has told me on dozens of phone calls that they can't get the spare parts from the manufacturer. He promised to repair the stove as soon as he had the spare parts.
On Monday, I expressed my anger very clearly to the manufacturer, which is not easy for me. I've always tended to show my understanding side - even when anger would be appropriate.
This has to do with upbringing and moulding. And also to the fact that it is generally accepted in our society when men express anger. When women do it, even if it is appropriate anger, it is often looked down upon.
But lo and behold - the respectful but clear expression of my dissatisfaction moved the obstacle: the spare parts were dispatched on the same day.
That was part 1.
Today the customer service wrote to me:
„Hello Mrs Hack, unfortunately we will not carry out the repair as the fireplace does not meet the manufacturer's technical requirements.“
If you please!!!!!
I'm boiling with rage right now.
He could have told me 6 months ago that he didn't want to carry out the repair. Then we could have used the good weather in the summer to make the necessary changes to the chimney.

Anger serves to remove obstacles.
I recently learnt this at a seminar with Dirk Eilert I have learnt. I will wait a little longer until the initial, not so constructive anger has faded and then express my anger clearly. And look for solutions.
The company from which I bought the stove advertises with the slogan „Fire is our passion!“ Mine too at the moment.
Until winter comes, I just want to be nice and warm live.
I want to achieve that goal. If it's necessary to feel anger and express it appropriately, that's okay. Anger serves life. Mine too.
A few days later:
When the customer service came, the first question was: „Is that a gas oven?“ Excuse me? I explained to him that the appliance was a pellet stove. He said that he had never (!!!) repaired a pellet stove before. With the help and guidance of my boat builder, who I had asked to be on board for the appointment as a precaution, it worked. The stove is running.
