Please think creatively
A few days ago, a woman told me: „Your Quadro coaching programme was recently recommended to us during a training course.“ I was absolutely delighted. I didn’t know the training institute, nor did I know how my Quadro had ended up there. The only thing that was clear was that someone must have put it forward. That made me really happy.
We are a small publishing house and – in my view – we produce some fascinating material: books, inspiration booklets, Quadros and seminars. We’d love for even more people to find out about them: so that their lives can be enriched and we have the resources to develop new material.
However, we don’t have the marketing clout of the major publishers to publicise our products. We can’t afford large-scale adverts and campaigns. We therefore rely on people voluntarily spreading the word about our products amongst their friends and family.
A few ideas:
– WORKSHOPS
My team and I would be happy to come and run seminars at your venue, IF someone is willing to organise it. Talks and one-day seminars on topics such as: *The Hut and Me* / *Disappointed by God*, *Swing – Bringing Balance to Your Life*, *Joy of Life*, *Forgiveness*. If you’re keen and have the capacity to organise something – please let us know.

– Set up a mini bookstall: Order a selection of books (even at a discount) and sell them to your friends or within your local community. Tip: Start small – with 10 or 20 items. If it works, then expand the business. This way, you can even earn a little extra income.
- Organise an Impulsheft Tupperware party: Invite some lovely people round for a light snack. And tell them about your favourite activity booklets / Quadros. And, of course, have some available for them to take away or buy.
Do you have any other ideas about what you and others can do to help us raise our profile? Or perhaps you’d like to share what you’ve already done? If so, please do leave a comment. I’m looking forward to hearing from you.
I already have two Quadros at home and have ordered two more, because I’d like to display them on our book table and I think they’ll sell well, and I personally find them really lifelike and practical.
I like that!
How lovely! Could you post or email me a copy of it? I’d really appreciate it.
Our latest parish newsletter features a two-page book review I wrote about your book *Swing* – naturally, it includes a suggestion to buy and read both the book itself and the *Quadro* :-)
Warmest regards from Rechtenbach.
I came across the DtE website about two years ago and discovered the „Our Father“ resource booklet there. As we had just been discussing the topic in our Bible study group and I liked the preview pages, I ordered it straight away and gave a copy of the resource booklet to all the participants.
I’m currently attending a pastoral care course run by the Diakonie. The course leaders have asked us participants to bring along books and other materials that we find helpful. I brought along the „Power Questions“ workbook and the „Coaching Basics“ workbook.
The course leaders were really enthusiastic about it, as *Coaching Basics* explains the fundamentals of systemic therapy (which they themselves practise) more clearly and simply than they had ever seen before. They are now considering whether to purchase this *Quadro* as course material for the next course.
Conclusion: Quality speaks for itself! (And you can tell when something’s been made with love and passion.)
