Edifying times

I used to laugh: I prayed that the ship would be ready by my birthday, but I neglected to mention the year. Now I mention it when I pray! Birthday 2017!!!!

- Insulate and extend the wheelhouse (my office) - we're going to do that next, because otherwise it's super cold in winter with single-glazed windows.

- Sand the floors in the seminar room and entrance and cover with cork

- Sanding and oiling floors and worktops in the living room

- Shelves / fixtures for loo, bathroom, guest room 1 + 2, tool room

- Shower for my bedroom

- Ceilings in the entrance area

- Finalising the ventilation system

- Doors for seminar room

- New wood-burning stove for seminar room

and what feels like 10,000 little things.

A few hours a day to paint, clean, saw wood or whatever else is on the agenda. With or without manual skills. There is plenty to do for craftsmen of all levels.

And along the way, it is possible to have a conversation or two with me in order to be „edified“ yourself or to sort out your life.
