How do you develop vision?

My new online life training programme has been running for a few days now LEO. Live strong as a lion.
It starts with the big question of vision.
- Where do I actually want to go?
- What do I want to achieve with the training?
- What do I want for my life?
In response, some LEO participants wrote that they find it difficult to develop goals and visions, e.g.
My head is empty, I have no vision. Somehow, everyday life has got me working at home ..... and then the week is over. I find it difficult to find my needs.
So here are a few additional tips.
Train vision
Vision is like a muscle that can be trained. It can be helpful to start small and not immediately with the really big visions in life.
For example, with a vision for today, this week or this month. Depending on which size suits you.
Three questions can help here:
- What do I want in my life less (e.g. stress, hectic, anxiety)?
- What do I want in my life more (e.g. joy, encounters)?
- What would I like Learn (e.g. swing)?
Since one Finding the only answer is also a small vision.
For example, I would like to have more beauty in my life. And yesterday I bought a small rose bush in the supermarket and planted it against an ugly fence. That was a very small vision that I realised.
And the apricot tree that I planted two years ago is now bearing fruit. Also a piece of vision turned into a defence.
With the Crowdfunding platform Startext, that support many people in developing and realising their visions, I have created a Webinar on the topic of VISION made. Perhaps this will also be helpful for you. Take a look here to.
