Material for the ship
Work on the boat has made good progress over the last few months. Most of the rust has been removed; anti-rust paint has now been applied and it has been varnished (almost) everywhere. Work on the interior fit-out can begin soon: flooring, heating and plumbing. I still need quite a bit of material for this. It would be great if I could get some of it more cheaply or for free.

Ballast
- Even more lead would be great (from the shooting range, printing lead, lead shielding from X-rays)
Insulation / Floor
– Formwork timber 5x5cm x 400
– Marine plywood sheets (docker sheets), MDF sheets, 2×1 metre, approx. 20 sheets
– Vapour barriers and plasterboard 10 m²
– Construction site planks or boards measuring 400 × 25 × 4 (or approx.) for a total of 100 m²
– Insulation wool for 100m2
– Roll of floor insulation for 100m²
Doors and windows
– 2 heavy-duty sliding doors, including hinges and rollers.
– 1 sliding door
– 1 external door
– 1 or 2 interior doors
– 8 large portholes
Electrics
– 1,000-metre power cable
– Power channels: 100 metres
– Cable clamps 200
– Light switch 20
– Sockets: 60 or 10 five-socket power strips and 10 single sockets
– Emergency generator, 16 A, 1 or 2 units
Plumbing
– 70 metres of copper water pipes in 4-metre lengths (approx.)
– Various hoses and connection systems for IBC tanks
– Drainpipes and connections
– 4 lift units for 2 toilets and 2 showers
– Various flanges and rubber connectors
– 2 toilets, shower tray, connections.
– 1 domestic water pump (lift pump)
– 8 bilge pumps
– Several IBC tanks with a total capacity of 5–6,000 litres
Heating
– 14 medium-height radiators
– Radiator pipes, approx. 100 metres.
– Soldering kit including solder, angle joints and T-joints: 150 angle joints and 70 T-joints
– Fugenbunt Light Grey 5 kg
– Tile adhesive, 50 kg
– Tiles: Anthracite stone tiles, 20 m²
Ventilation
– Ventilation pipes – Rain gutters also available, diameter 8 cm – or hoses, 200 metres
