Now it really gets going - on the ship

After a few delays, things are now getting really serious (or actually not serious, but rather really nice): Today Karl, the boat builder, goes on board and starts with the
Renovation work. First of all, this means removing rust. Make it waterproof. Painting. Installing electrics and heating.

This will all take place over the next few weeks and months in Hamburg-Harburg, where the ship is still berthed.

We need people who would like to help for the entire renovation period until the end of October. A few hours. A few days. A few weeks. That would speed up the project. And keep the costs in check.

You don't need to be a craftsman. The only requirement is that you want to lend a hand. You can sleep and eat on board. Not exactly comfortable. But unique. And you can also fish, light the fire basket in the evening and barbecue - pure romance.

This is also ideal for men's friends or men's groups who want to organise a slightly different men's weekend. Women's weekends too, of course. And who want to help create a place where people can receive advice and help.
