Spring cure
Like many other people, I long to shake off the winter lethargy and recharge my batteries. Some things come naturally – the increased sunlight provides new energy and helps the body store vital vitamin D – but only if you’re not wearing sun cream… Doctors recommend half an hour of sun on your skin every day.
I’ve made a list of the things I find difficult, but which I know are good for me.
I award myself points whenever I successfully complete one of these tasks. If I’ve reached 100 points or more by the end of the month, I get a special reward.
