The Amazon trick: If you buy something from Amazon that normally incurs shipping costs (3 euros), then order an impulse booklet (2.50 euros) from Down to Earth (simply enter „impulse booklet“ as a search term). Then EVERYTHING is free of shipping costs. You save 50 cents and get an impulse booklet virtually for free.

I actually recommend books directly from the Publisher or in bookshops - not from the big providers on the Internet, because they demand 50% and more discounts from the publishers. As a publisher, you earn practically nothing. But in this case I'm making an exception. It doesn't hurt us - and you get something out of it.
