The Corona Anti-Panic Saucer
I always panicked in crises - until I found this saucer. It taught me two things. - There is an inner circle. It holds you. Just like the inner ring of the saucer holds the cup. - There is an outer ring. It has no purpose. At most, it is used to store old stuff - such as used teabags. Just like the outer ring of the saucer.

Your brain is like a saucer
Your brain is like a saucer. You can constantly keep your thoughts in the outer circle. For all those things over which you have little or no influence, e.g.
- How quickly will the virus spread?
- What will politicians do?
- How bad is it in ... ? Will it affect me?
The more time you spend with your thoughts in an outer circle, the more unhappy, depressed and helpless you become. To make matters worse, this also weakens your immune system. This is anything but helpful at these times.
Stay in the inner circle
However, you can practise keeping your thoughts in an inner circle, i.e. concentrating on the area that you actually have influence over:
- How can I protect myself practically?
- How do I get my immune system in shape?
- What can I do now?
The more time you spend thinking in your inner circle, the stronger and more positive you become. You experience yourself as powerful, capable of action and positive.
The saucer has accompanied me for years and taught me all this. I've now internalised it so much that I just know it. And I quickly catch myself slipping into the outer circle.
My saucer for you
That's why I want to put the cup on Ebay auction. I hope that it will help someone not to fall into fear and panic, but to confident and strong to stay.
I can also sign them personally on request.
Incidentally, the saucer is made of Schönwalder porcelain / stoneware. This is an old porcelain manufactory that is one of the world's leading companies for professional porcelain. All the pieces are still lovingly produced in the Franconian town of Schönwald - as I'm Franconian myself, I think that's wonderful.
Here you can use the saucer Auction!

I hope that you can stay in the inner circle over the next few weeks and wish you lots of fun bidding. And of course success.
