Write a lot and write little
If I don't write much on the blog, it's usually because I'm writing a lot - in other places. My new book will be published in a few days "Prayer. plain and simple". And I'm working on the sequel. "Leben. schlicht und ergreifend" is with the graphic designer. And I am now trying to give form and content to "Erfolg. schlicht und ergreifend".
To do this, I moved into a friend's empty flat - to be able to think and write in peace. Fortunately, the flat is quiet, but it's in a busy city. When I step outside the door, I meet a lot of people. Because I'm only here from time to time, I rediscover old and familiar places - but also new, unfamiliar, unknown things. I like this mixture. In a way, it reflects what writing is. When you write about general life topics, you can't always reinvent the wheel. When you write, you come across a lot of familiar things that you remind yourself of and later remind the reader of again.
But time and again you come across thoughts that you have never thought of before in this form, that are new and unfamiliar in this combination. I'm then surprised myself when writing and am delighted by the discoveries. So I'm very excited to see what this day will bring.
I’ve just ordered your book on prayer. I’m really looking forward to it…
Best wishes, Andreas
