When developing a new font, it is advisable to start with the letters n and o, because these letters contain a particularly large number of elements that are also found in other letters. And what you have, you have!

What new things have I discovered about myself?

Sometimes new things are the best way to relax. Today I wanted to relax in a café after work at the publishing house and on the boat. One of my favourite cafés was closed, so I tried a new one. And was disappointed that they didn't have any superficial magazines that I like to browse through to relax. Instead, they only had intellectually sophisticated magazines about design, art and culture. Not exactly what I feel like reading after work. But then I found myself reading an article about an Arabic type designer who has developed her own Arabic fonts and translated fonts such as Helvetica and Frutinger into Arabic. I found that really exciting and refreshing.

And: I'm happy to receive firewood as a gift for the boat.... friend helped me install the stove today. And asked if I needed wood. I hadn't even asked for it - neither God nor people, because I still have some old wood that needs to go first. I'm even happier about the unexpected gift!
