LEA - a course that draws circles

Logo LEA - Training for lightness, energy and joie de vivreI get excited when I think about LEA. LEA is an online course that I developed to help people become more

to help you. With two emails a week with inspiration, questions to think about and lots of book and media tips on individual topics. In addition to inspiration on physical lightness (e.g. losing weight) and strength, there is also a lot of focus on inner energy - the outer and inner are often connected.

Yesterday a woman wrote to me: "I use lots of little things from LEA every day, it's done me good." And she said that one of the books I had recommended was very inspiring for her.

I am happy doing what I love to do - coaching and writing - supporting and helping people. And to see that it helps them in their lives - see Participant feedback on the course.

Parallel to LEA, I also developed an online course on work organisation:

  • Sone
  • Awork
  • Mmasters

For many people, the daily mountains of work are a real burden. And they don't know how to cope with it. SAM summarises the findings from time and self-management research and provides training - even with two emails a week - on how to tackle work efficiently.

All courses currently start at the beginning of each quarter (Jan / April / June / October). The current courses have already started, but if you want, you can still register on the Register for the Down to Earth Training websitethen I'll send you the first lessons afterwards.

What do I dream about? To develop another course.

A course for anyone who - like me - sometimes finds it difficult to let God's love touch their heart and would like help and inspiration to do so. What do you think of the idea?

  1. Oho...
I think the IdA idea is great!
Although I haven't done any of your other courses yet.
Yep, that's what we all need again and again, tips and ideas on how we can experience, feel, hear, smell, taste.... the Father!
    Greetings Karin

  2. Great idea! I could also use it! I recommend Hoffmann from Hanover (who else?) and Wayne Jacobson as sources of inspiration. Best regards
