In my last post "Where do you get your energy from", I talked in detail about the new LEO concept  written.

I thought to myself: you might still have questions.

I'll answer a few of the questions I was asked in the webinar, for example, right here. I hope it will help you.

  1. How much time do I need for LEO?

I design LEO so that you need about 20 minutes a week to watch or read the impulses as a video.

  1. What do I get for my money?

8. How do LEO and SWING differ? 

LEO is based on the SWING concept (the 8 + 1 elements for a good life). It is the step-by-step training to integrate swing into life. It is more or less extended SWING + community, learning together, etc.
The SWING course is an email-only course. You will receive an email with input every week.
LEO is a mixture of mail, video, later also MP3 and above all a community that strengthens each other.
