Goal in sight
The big day is here. And first, the good news: The shipyard bill has been paid in full.
Partly with loans, but for the most part from the gifts I’ve received – so far over 15,000 euros! We’ve received a huge amount of support again over the last few days – so the amount still outstanding is now „only“ just over 7,000 euros. It’s such a relief that there are „only“ four digits before the decimal point.
And what people write about it still brings me to tears – I never would have dreamt of receiving so much support and help.
We believe in a great God, and we believe in you and that He has a plan for you and the ship. That is why we have just transferred some money to you, and we bless you with it.
Or:
For my birthday, I’m hoping to „milk“ my guests by getting them excited about your ship project, placing the money box in a prominent spot and even giving them a Quadro to help the cause! My wish for you, through all the emotional ups and downs, is simply that you find peace again and know that you’re not alone!!!
It’s really unpleasant to suddenly be faced with a problem like an unexpectedly huge shipyard bill. And it’s truly wonderful to see how people are opening their hearts and their wallets to support the project. I’ve rarely cried so much out of gratitude as I have over the last few days!
Anyone who’d like to help ensure that the rest of the funds are raised – so that I don’t have to spend months paying off loans on top of my running costs – is very welcome to contribute. Even small amounts help. Further information is available here.
Great!
It’s really lovely to read such positive news!!
and to see how people can work together to ease the burden on one person...
->Thank goodness :)
Thank you, Kerstin, for enabling others to be part of your ministry and work, and for being open to receiving support.
It’s truly wonderful to see how God is moving people today to serve you and to serve through you. Wow.
A marathon usually finishes within a few hours, and some runners complete it whilst others do not. You are currently running more than one marathon – and it will take more than a few hours to reach this goal.
You are not alone on this journey. God is in control.
THANK YOU all for sharing in my joy and for your encouragement!
