When it comes to pumpkins, I recommend organic Hokkaido pumpkins. You can cook them with the skin on (which makes them much easier to prepare) and they taste absolutely delicious.
And no seasoning at all? With salt, pepper or nutmeg?
Seasoning – with a bit of everything. Maybe a pinch of curry powder too.
