Slim and fit - three little tricks

I love helping people to find lightness and vitality. Over the last few years, I have coached several people who were looking for support in reducing excess weight in a sustainable and healthy way. I really enjoyed the - incidentally successful - process - it was touching to support people with such a personal and sensitive topic. And I learnt a lot myself.
Some people find it difficult to reduce their weight because they are used to eating quickly and therefore do not feel full.
Another is because they are used to eating too much and their stomach is larger than they would like and they only feel full once they have eaten a certain amount.

Trick to healthy satiety
  • Drink a large glass of water half an hour before eating
The water fills the stomach and reduces the feeling of hunger. Important: Water to the Food dilutes the digestive juices and makes digestion more difficult - so that's not so good.
  • Eat high-fibre food that fills the stomach well

Rye bread is better than baguette, an apple you have to chew on is better than a smoothie, salad is better than pasta.

  • Eat soups frequently
You have to eat soups slowly. And soup fills the stomach very well.
It's clear: you won't get rid of the fat. But the tricks can become another good habit that helps you to become or stay slim.
