A wardrobe you'll love...

Only what I love can be around me. Kerstin Hack
Mucking out is really good for you
Winter is almost over. At last. But again, I never wore many warm items of clothing. Because it wasn't cold enough. Or because I just don't really like them anymore.
A good opportunity to to really clear out and reduce. Mucking out is really good for you.
Reducing the number of of clothes and regain an overview has some really strong advantages. really strong advantages.
A clearly organised wardrobe...
- Saves you time and nerves
You have to search less and decide less. Deciding takes a lot of energy. We can only make a limited number of decisions per day. Once the reservoir is used up, we become tired and exhausted.
A little tip in passing By the way: we find it particularly difficult to make decisions in the morning. It's best to start clothes for the next day in the evening. Then you'll have an easier start.
- Saves cash:
If you have a good overview of your clothes, you are less likely to make spontaneous bad purchases ("I've got nothing to wear!"). Or that you buy something twice that you already have. already have...yes, I own two jumpers in my favourite rose because when I saw I saw no. 2 I had simply forgotten that I already had no. 1.
- Tidying up goes faster
Because not everything is is crammed from top to bottom, you can see more quickly where something belongs.

Decision support: Ask yourself yourself with every piece: Do I wear it? Do I love it? If the answer is 2 x "no" it can go.
