Circular saw brings circular blessing
A funny thing happened this week. We were sawing old wood with my circular saw. Then my boat builder scolded me because the woman who was sawing was wearing safety goggles with ribbons hanging down. The straps could have got caught in the circular saw...
He then took a closer look at the saw and said that the old saw with the saw blade sticking out relatively high was too dangerous for people without much experience because the wood could tilt, fly up, etc. He also said that space was very tight at the moment because we had to give up our spare storage. In addition, space on the boat is very tight at the moment because we had to give up our spare storage. He recommended that I give the saw to someone who has some manual experience.

So I put a sign on the circular saw on the open day. A guest saw it... and said he could use one... because he had always cut firewood with a jigsaw. He then refused to accept the saw as a gift. He insisted on paying for it and was ultra-generous in setting the price himself.... a real gift for me.... that will be invested in the new stove for the seminar room. (See September target).
The really funny thing is that the saw buyer is a long-time friend of the saw donor. Actually, the two of them could have done it without me.
But that's how the circular saw brought circular blessings ...
