Humility creates freedom - dreamlike

I've just received an e-mail that made me very happy. It was from my friend Rosemarie Stresemann, with whom I am currently working on a quadro on the subject of „blessing“. We've been thinking for weeks about the best name for the piece.

Rosemarie wrote today:

Woke up with the following title:
Blessing
Receiving and passing on vitality

How is that for you?

What made me really happy was her question to me. She didn't write: „I've found the right title now.“ Or - even worse - „God has shown me what we should call the Quadro.“

Instead, it describes the situation: „I woke up with the title!“ And leaves me room to react. That touched me so much that I cried. She doesn't force her opinion on me. Instead, she offers it to me - and is open to my reaction. That gives me so much freedom and dignity - a precious gift.

The fact that she can do this so well is probably due to the fact that she has become an expert in „humility“. She even has a movingly deep quadro - Gentle power - written about it. For all those who find this more difficult and prefer to impose their beliefs on others. And would like to learn to give others space in genuine openness and humility, just as Rose can now do...., which doesn't mean that she didn't have to learn it too....I'd rather keep quiet about that ;-)

Oh yes.... I actually think the subtitle is apt. Titles with just one keyword are reserved for our impulse booklets because there is not much space on the cover. That's why we've added something about blessing: Experiencing blessing, Pure blessing, Full of blessing.... or something like that.
