Coaching Bootcamp
Making decisions quickly or slowly?
Which is better?
Are you the kind of person who prefers to make decisions quickly? Or do you prefer to think everything through thoroughly?
Which is better?
There is no general better or worse here.
In shipbuilding, I realise that sometimes you have to decide quickly: This place needs to be sealed now. First of all?
But then there are also questions that you should think through really carefully: Which insulation? What type of floor? Which pipes?
Is coaching right for you? Could it be a path for you?
Are you perhaps asking yourself whether working as a coach and learning coaching could suit you?
Good question!
Here are a few questions to help you decide:
- Do I accompany other people professionally or as a volunteer?
- In conversations, I sometimes wish I could do more than "only" empathise and express ideas?
- Do I wish I had better tools to help people effectively?
- Do I sometimes dream of earning part of my income by mentoring others? (And yes, there are thousands, even millions of people seeking companionship - in my Blog I wrote about it)
- Do I think the investment is appropriate to learn new skills (quickly and well)?
If you answer two or more questions with "YES" then the Coaching Basics Bootcamp could be the next step.
It is for all those who want to grow in accompanying other people. And already

You can always check the page to see when another Coaching Basics Bootcamp takes place. Usually twice a year. You can decide spontaneously: I'll be there. Or you can book well in advance and look forward to the next boot camp.
Deciding quickly has the advantage that you can start coaching immediately afterwards.
The advantage of joining later is that you have access to the course materials and the recording of a previous bootcamp as soon as you register. You can prepare yourself thoroughly and then go into everything in more depth at the live bootcamp.
You can find the link to the registration here at the Coaching-Basics Bootcamp
Just imagine...
Still undecided?
Then here is a typical coaching question to help you decide (which you can also use for other difficult decisions):
- Imagine (imagine it properly!), you have against decided on the boot camp
- What thoughts and feelings does this trigger?
- Imagine (imagine it properly in all its colours!), you have for decided on the boot camp - what thoughts and feelings does that trigger?
Is it head or heart that counts?
In coaching it is always both.
It is important to empathise with people. To give them the feeling of being understood.
And it is important to develop good, sustainable, sensible solutions.
You will find both in the Coaching Basics Bootcamp learn.
I look forward to sharing my knowledge and experience with you.
Regardless of whether you decide quickly or prefer to think things over carefully, the important thing is that your decision suits you. The Coaching Basics Bootcamp offers the opportunity to learn new skills and support people on a deeper level.
And I would be delighted if, for example, you would let others know about this blog post and the bootcamp on social media. Especially, of course, people who are interested in learning coaching.
