Celebrate. The art of enjoying life. Webinar with Kerstin Hack

Drink apple sparkling wine now! Or: The art of celebrating

Celebrating means emphasising the special. - Kerstin Hack

Drink apple sparkling wine now, don't wait for better times - an impulse from Kerstin HackWhen I was about 25 years old, my Swedish friend Lena gave me a bottle of sparkling wine made from apples!!!

Coming from a wine-growing region, I found apple sparkling wine fun and decided to save the special drink for a special occasion.
I didn't find it for 25 years .....

When Lena arrived for my 50th birthday and I wanted to open the bottle to celebrate, the champagne had gone off.

Does that happen to you too?
You hope that a special occasion is coming.
And it just doesn't come.

Celebrating is part of life

Celebration is one of the basic human needs. We need to recognise and emphasise special moments. It energises us and connects us with other people.

You don't have to wait until an occasion comes up. You can and may choose or actively create special occasions yourself.

There are thousands.

  • For example, 21 May is the American Strawberries and Cream Day. I think it can also be celebrated internationally.
  • You can celebrate when you have overcome yourself to go jogging - a little tip: don't celebrate with crisps and beer!

You can celebrate every small and big success. Or all the reasons you are grateful for: your health, your home, friendships, family ...

Those who realise: What I have is something special, I can celebrate it.

Celebrations in everyday life

Celebrating doesn't have to be a big party. It can simply be a beer after work, a delicious drink, a joyful high five or even just a moment of inner gratitude.

This does us good and increases our gratitude and joy in life.

Tip:
Find three reasons to celebrate:

  • Something smaller that you can celebrate right away
  • A somewhat larger event in the next few days
  • Something that fills you with gratitude and can be celebrated in a bigger way, e.g. with a delicious meal or something else that is special to you.

You can find the story of the apple sparkling wine in detail in my book "The Good Life", in which I write even more about the art of celebrating life.

Learning to celebrate

Celebrate. The art of enjoying life. Webinar with Kerstin Hack Even if I'm still learning myself: I'm happy to teach you the art of celebrating.

Not just the big celebrations, but above all the small moments in life that - if we recognise and celebrate them - make us rich inside.

There will be another webinar on 27 May: Celebrating life. Three ways to more joy.

A webinar is a course that I hold online and in which I explain for 60-90 minutes how you can learn to feel and celebrate more joy in your life.

You can be there live on the 27th at midday and even ask questions. If the time doesn't suit you, you can watch the recording later.

Until Friday 24 May the webinar costs 19.90 euros, after that 29.90 euros, because I want to avoid my team and I having to process registrations at the weekend and at the last minute. We still do it by hand :-)

Register now.

I hope that you can recognise and celebrate the special moments in life. Tomorrow my intern will bring strawberries and we'll celebrate Strawberries and Cream Day.

And one more thing: this blog post is from my inspiration email. If you don't want to miss it in the future, let me know here!
