Empower 100 women
On 16 August, I woke up with a dream. In the morning, it was clear to me: by the end of the year, I want to help 100 women to do their own thing.
I see that so often:
- Women who don't dare
- Women who could give a lot to others, but would rather look at their weaknesses than their treasures
- Women who always say: Someday.... maybe...That someday will never be.
Misconceptions and blocking perfectionism
Sure, I see that with men too. But more often with women. That's how often women block themselves.
They think that they first need the perfect flat - all cleaned out according to Marie Kondo - or the perfect body - without the small or large swimming rings - or even more knowledge, even more training.... and then maybe one day do what suits them.
And so they walk around in the wrong clothes all the time. When I broke my foot, I realised that I only had one comfortable airy summer dress. I couldn't go shopping, so I asked a friend who went to the second hand shop to bring me something. The clothes were breezy and ok, but not what I like to wear, more hippie style.
Others who came to visit noticed this: "The dress is quite nice...but it's not you!"

That's how I see many women. They do things that are nice and pretty, but not what they actually want.
Just like Sabine. She worked in financial consulting for years because her parents wanted her to learn something decent. And because later, when she became a mum, it worked well on the side.
She was never happy. She actually wanted to work less with numbers and more with people. Two years ago, motivated by a coaching session, she took the plunge. Now she helps people to build their lives well.
My dream: to support 100 women to go their own way
By the end of 2023, I want to help a total of 100 women to do their thing. To find their way. To start or build up what is close to their hearts.
For dreams to become reality, you need a strategy.
How do I want to do that?
Every goal needs concrete measures to achieve it. I see various ways in which I can support women in finding and then doing their thing.
- Coaching: Often, as with Sabine, one hour is enough to untie the knot. Sometimes a day of coaching or a longer process is necessary to find your own way. Coaching you can simply book, if you see a longer process ahead of you, is a Free initial consultation meaningful.
- Coaching Basics Bootcamp: Many women believe that you need half a dozen more training courses to be able to give something to people. Most of them already have enough experience and knowledge to be able to help others. That's why I have the Coaching Basics Bootcamp in which you get to know the most important coaching tools in 10 hours and practise them straight away. You can start coaching immediately afterwards, free of charge or earn your first money.
- Business Club: From October, I want to set up a business club in which self-employed or managerial women (and men too) can meet after the EVA principle be supported. EVA stands for success vision and equalisation.
- On the one hand, there is the Successthat we need. We don't live for success, but we need content and economic success in order to be able to live from it.
- EVA also stands for the Visionto contribute something to the world that goes beyond earning money. - - And EVA stands for Equalisation. In addition to meaningful work, we need regeneration and relaxation, joy and fun. Feel free to write to me if you would like to find out more.
- Africa: In November, I will be travelling as part of the Regeneration and tree projectwhich I support, to Tanzania. The Project itself already helps to maintain or promote livelihoods. If possible, I would also like to help individual women and men to set up a business. Through advice or practical help in getting started.
I am excited to see who I can accompany and support in finding their own path in the coming months.
Feel free to leave a comment telling us what the biggest challenges are for you in finding or walking your path and what would help you the most.
